Training & further education
Our employees undergo a comprehensive training programme in our ISOTEC Academy, through which they can continuously develop both professionally and personally and learn ISOTEC know-how in theory and practice.
In order to constantly maintain and expand the level of knowledge, there is also an e-learning platform, the so-called online academy, which can be used for learning at any time and from any location in addition to our classroom training courses.

Application process
01 Your application
This is your time to shine. Show us who you are and what you can do. Let us know why you want to join the ISOTEC team and send us your application via the usual application channels. We like letters of motivation and CVs to get a better impression of you.
02 Check-up
We do our best to give you feedback as quickly as possible. We are very efficient in this thanks to a digital process. After an initial review, your documents will be forwarded to our ISOTEC specialist company. They decide whether you should meet.
03 Interview
Your and our chance to get to know each other. In person, but sometimes also virtually - whatever suits you and us best. We are interested in you, your activities and your goals. Let's see if we fit together.
04 Hospitation
Do you have a good first impression of each other? Perfect! Then comes the job shadowing, where you get to know even more ISOTEC employees. Depending on which position you have applied for, it will be a site visit, a sales visit or an office visit.
