## Kunde

 Villa in Formentor die als Ferienimmobilie genutzt wird.

## Ausgangssituation

 Das Bad und das Schlafzimmer litten unter hoher Feuchtigkeit und muffigem Geruch. Es wurde ebenfalls versteckter Schimmel vermutet. Die Aufgabe war es den vermuteten Schimmel aufzuspüren und die Feuchtigkeit für immer in den Griff zu bekommen 

## Lösung

 Zunächst wurden Bauteilöffnungen vorgenommen um den vermuteten Schimmelpilzbefall aufzuspüren. Die Bauteilöffnungen ergaben, dass sich hinter den Rigipskartonwänden aufgrund einer undichten Außenabdichtung sowie zusätzlicher entstehender Kondensationsfeuchte der Schimmelpilz gebildet hatte. Es musste also alle Rigipswände entfernt werden. Anschließend wurde eine Innenabdichtung in Kombination mit Klimaplatten installiert. Somit wird in Zukunft weder Kondensationsfeuchte noch Schimmel entstehen. Außerdem wurde eine automatische Belüftung installiert. Somit ist sind die Eigentümer des Hauses nicht auf den Finca Service angewiesen, der eigentlich für die regelmäßig für die Lüftung verantwortlich ist.
