Project Manager: Our customer used to have almost every type of moisture damage imaginable. Ascending moisture, moisture penetrating laterally, a partially permeable terrace, leaky pipes etc… Isotec helped us determine the damage, with the renovation concept as well as all sealing measures. Great job!
In 2011 we invested in a property in Son Vida where the whole basement as well as all apartments rooms were damp. The difficulty was to determine where the moisture was coming from and how to eliminate it.
