We’ll relegate your damage from damp to the past

Before restoration
After restoration

After restoration work is complete, that is not nearly the end for us.

We want you to feel safe and comfortable in your home again as quickly as possible. If necessary, we will put fresh, clean plaster on the walls and we will leave the building tidy and clean when we finish.

Our employees work intelligently, so that the restoration can be finished quickly.

When you approve the restoration work, the problem of dampness damage will be a thing of the past for you - permanently.

In this way we will give you back what is so important for living:

Feeling comfortable, happy and safe.

Permanently!

ISOTEC: Systematic solutions set standards

Restoring dampness damage in buildings is difficult. Water knows no boundaries and can even “climb” up several storeys via the network of porous construction materials (capillary effect of rising damp).

Many house residents can tell us a thing or two about this. Although the wall in question has been freshly plastered, water might suddenly come out somewhere else. Or over time, mould stains might show up.

From talking with customers, ISOTEC knows that this can often lead to a whole series of challenges. “For lay people, it is extremely hard to guess the exact degree of damage,” comments qualified engineer Stephan Keppeler, Technical Manager at ISOTEC, because the location where the damp damage can be seen may be a very long way from its cause.  Therefore, ISOTEC has developed a system that fits exactly and offers a solution for every type of dampness damage.

Interior waterproofing, exterior waterproofing, and paraffin injection (inserting liquid waterproofing materials into the construction material) are system solutions that dovetail seamlessly together and keep the building permanently dry. Architect Andreas Ferstl from Munich investigated the ISOTEC restorations himself and came to a positive conclusion: “You can see clearly from the restored buildings that specialists are at work here. Through its high quality, ISOTEC’s high quality has certainly set standards in the industry.
