Employee training has the highest priority!

As part of employee training, ISOTEC also sets great value on the highest quality. What use are the best products if their processing at your building on location is not done to the same high standard?

So that our restoration can fulfill the highest requirements, both in terms of products and from the implementation side, employee training sessions are compulsory at ISOTEC. In one year we have trained no less than 550 employees—especially in the area of technically correct and high-quality processing.

“As a customer of ISOTEC, after the restoration  you have the right that the damage is permanently in the past,” emphasises Managing Director Horst Becker. Therefore, ISOTEC trains its employees regularly as well as checking the success of their performance by theoretical and practical tests.

The training on the correct removal of mould damage to buildings is carried out by the German Association for Protection of Wood and Buildings (Deutsches Holz- und Bautenschutzverband) and is confirmed by an academy certificate from TÜV SÜD (accredited certification body for south Germany).
